Privacy Policy

This policy describes how VectorQuil handles information when you use the website and the editor at vectorquil.com/app. The short version: your design files stay on your device, there are no user accounts, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Your files are processed in your browser

VectorQuil is a client-side application. When you open, edit, or export an SVG, PNG, JPG, or PDF, that work happens entirely inside your browser using your device's own processing. Your files are not uploaded to a server, and we never receive, store, or inspect their contents.

Local storage on your device

To make the editor usable, VectorQuil saves some things in your browser's local storage. This data lives on your device only and is never transmitted to us:

• Any file you hand off from the landing page to the editor, so it can open there
• Fonts you upload, so text you have styled still renders after a refresh
• Small interface preferences, such as whether you have seen the welcome screen

You can remove all of it at any time by clearing site data for vectorquil.com in your browser settings.

Accounts

There are no accounts. You do not need to register, provide an email address, or give a payment method to use the editor. If paid plans are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before any account or payment data is collected.

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — for example, how many people visited a page and which country they came from. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites, which is why this website shows no cookie consent banner. We do not use advertising trackers.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for details on that processing.

Fonts and assets

Display fonts on this website are self-hosted, so loading a page does not tell a third-party font service that you visited. The editor may fetch font files from public font services when you choose a font that is not already installed on your device.

Children

VectorQuil is a general-purpose design tool and is not directed at children under 13. Because we do not collect personal information or offer accounts, we do not knowingly hold data about anyone.

Your rights

Since we do not collect personal information or maintain accounts, there is generally no personal data for us to export, correct, or delete. Data created by your use of the editor is under your control in your own browser. If you have a question about your data, contact us below.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how information is handled, the updated date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be noted on the website.
